Dear Exhibitor,
Thank you very much for booking a stand at the Listed Property Show, you should have by now received your invoice for payment. Please find linked (on the right hand side):
Exhibitors Information Pack - please pay special attention to pages 18 onwards, this section includes your health and safety forms, vehicle pass for delivering items to the show, parking map and show guide information.
Accommodation - K west is our head quarters hotel and special rates have been agreed with HotelMap for visitors and exhibitors to the Listed Property Show.
Graphics - Greenapple graphics are our chosen graphic suppliers for everything from printing brochures, design and displays.
Insurance - Please ensure that you are covered whilst at the Listed Property Show - if you already have cover through your company policy please let me know.
Blitz - Audio Visual equipment for hire.
Shell Nameboard - This is important for Shell Scheme exhibitors, the name you put on this board will be the name that appears on your stand - you DO NOT need to do this if you only have a display panel.
Shell Order Form - This is for any additional Furniture or shell scheme items that you may require, please visit www.stanco.co.uk to view the full list of possibilities or e-mail me if you would like a copy of their brochure. I've included a price list along with an electric order form which also includes lighting.

BUILD UP
Friday 19th February 10.00 hrs – 22.00 hrs: Access for space only stands via “G” gate Shell scheme stands will be built & ready for interior treatment by 12.00 am via “G” gate
Saturday 20th February 08.00 hrs – 09.30 hrs: All stands must be completed by 09.30 ready for show opening at 10.00
DELIVERIES DURING THE SHOW
On the Saturday and Sunday exhibitors can access the building from 08.00 via “G” Gate until 09.30 or from 18.00 – 19.00 for deliveries.
SHOW OPEN HOURS FOR PUBLIC
Saturday 20th February 10.00 –17.00
Sunday 21st February 10.00 – 16.00
BREAKDOWN
Sunday 21st February: 16.00 – 20.00
