From Dulverton

From our office in Dulverton proceed out of town on the B3222 signposted Exeter. Pass through the villages of Brushford and Exebridge. At the crossroads turn right signposted Tiverton then immediately left signposted Bampton.
Continue on this road and upon entering Bampton you will travel down the hill to a junction. Continue for a short distance and the property will be found on the right hand side, identified by our for sale board.

From Tiverton

From J27 of the M5, proceed westerly on the A361 (T) towards Tiverton, turn north onto the A396 at Bolham roundabout and signed Bampton. At the small roundabout adjacent to the Exeter Inn, take the 2nd exit signposted Bampton.
Continue into and through Bampton and at the junction (opposite the White Horse Inn) turn left and the property will be found on your left hand side, identified by our for sale board.
